| November | Receive lottery registration form from council, league secretary to complete and return, claim money from treasurer. |
| Draw for KO Cup 2nd round. Distribute to teams. | |
| Assign dates/venues for KO competitions and Presentation Night for confirmation. | |
| December | Chase printing of Grand National Draw tickets. |
| Chase unplayed league matches. | |
| Check payment of lottery registration fee. | |
| Confirmation of dates/venues for KO competitions and Presentation Night. | |
